What your membership includes
French Grammar Lab is an online French-grammar service for adults aged 18 or over. It includes a saved grammar check or foundation route, a personal starting programme, authored lessons and exercises, spaced reviews, prepared listening and bounded AI guidance. The curriculum covers grammar structures from foundations through B2. The four-week programme is a starting route, not a promise to reach B2 in four weeks. Diagnostic results and progress indicators are provisional guidance, not an official CEFR certificate. Live voice conversation is not included in the currently available service.
Price, renewal and payment
The current monthly plan is USD 19 per month; the yearly plan is USD 149 per year. Yearly billing is one yearly charge, not twelve monthly charges. Prices, applicable tax, payment method and total are shown at checkout before you confirm. The selected plan renews at its stated interval until cancelled. Creating an account does not charge you and does not create a free trial. SureCart manages the order and subscription; Stripe or PayPal processes the selected payment method.
Your account and access
Use the same email for the Lab and your purchase. The programme opens when the account’s valid membership is verified. Keep your password and account secure. You may use compatible mobile or desktop browsers. Saved learning progress belongs to the account; interface settings can also be stored on the device. If verification is unavailable after payment, contact us or check your existing access rather than purchasing again.
Stop future renewals
Open your account’s subscription and billing details to cancel a future renewal through the native billing portal. Review the effective date shown before confirming. Cancelling a renewal is different from withdrawal or a refund, and does not erase your learning records. If you cannot access the billing action, write to contact@frenchtoenglish.com with the purchase email and order reference.
Withdrawal, refunds and consumer rights
No free trial does not remove mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase. Use the Lab’s withdrawal-request page to review and send a dated request, or contact the team. The request produces a receipt and is separate from stopping future renewals. It does not automatically refund a payment or change an active subscription. The team must handle the purchase and applicable withdrawal, conformity or refund rights. Guarantees advertised for separate PDF guides do not define the Lab subscription offer. These pages do not limit mandatory protections that apply to you.

Your preferences and observed answers guide the programme. AI can explain a point or propose targeted practice, but may make mistakes and can be temporarily unavailable or reach its allowance. Prepared exercises remain the main practice library. Timed practice is optional, and speed does not certify mastery. We do not guarantee a particular outcome, uninterrupted availability or a fixed time to reach a language level.

Contact contact@frenchtoenglish.com for account, billing or content problems. Include the order reference when relevant; never send card details or passwords. Material changes to the offer or data processing need clear information before they apply. Consumer-mediation details are awaiting confirmation from the operator.
